Can I change or cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, reach out to us right away. Include your order number in your request and we’ll do our best to catch it before it gets out the door!

What’s the status of my order?

We don't want to leave you hanging! You should receive a shipping confirmation email within a couple days of ordering your item. Just click “track it” to see the status of your delivery. Heads up—it may take 24 hours for updates to appear.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you used an incorrect shipping address, please contact our team right away.

Do you have any coupons or discounts?

When you sign up for our email newsletter, you’ll be the first to hear about new promotions, exclusive offers, and special treats for our special ladies.

What if something arrived damaged?

Oh no! Shoot us a note right away and we’ll take care of it. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns that are in good condition, and have not been damaged or used. Please return within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping. At this point we do not offer free returns but are working hard to make that happen.
