How we curate + FAQs
How do you curate?
We're here to co-create this space with our customer (that's you!). As brand-discovery obsessed curators, helping you find crave-worthy products from independent brands is our passion. We're most interested in what you're craving, so drop us a line. For the full run down, discover more about how we curate.
We curate independent brands worldwide, many of which produce in small batches. If you LOVE this product but it's sold out, click the "Notify Me" button on the right side of the page. That helps us know we should get it back asap, plus we'll ping ya when it's restocked so you're the first to know!
I know a brand you should carry!
Shipping + Returns
Our goal is to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We’re still a tiny team, but we're pumped to have you as a customer and we know you're excited to get our goods!
You will receive a shipment notification via email or sms with your tracking number as soon as we send the package, but as always, if you have any questions give us a shout.
We accept returns that are in good condition and have not been damaged or used. Please return within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping.
Who's behind the screen at Confidants?
Hi, hey, hello - Fenny here, I'm one of two people building this dream! I launched Confidants back in 2018, read more about the journey. In late 2020, I asked my very talented friend to join me. She currently has a full time job, so we're keeping it on the DL, but we hope to go full-time & hire a team soon! Know any angel investors? Drop us a line ;)
