Emily of Minga is a woman with ambition and spirit, using her keen eye for design to create a collection of bags unlike any we've ever seen. Handmade from skilled artisans, each bag is woven from an all-natural, plant-dyed cactus fiber.
This reusable market tote great for groceries, beach days, and park picnics. Woven from cactus fiber, it's durable enough to hold a bunch of farmers market finds or your beach kit (towel, suit, sunnies, sunscreen, book).
Sustainably & ethically sourced using fair trade practices, each Minga bag helps keep an ancient tradition alive, and more importantly, a whole community of women employed.

About Minga's artisan partners:
Partnering with a lively, deeply talented group of 18 women in remote Ecuador, they use over 30 steps to create one bag. From harvesting this mountain cactus to dying the fiber with native barks, berries, and flowers, each bag is one-of-a-kind, and more importantly, keeping the tradition alive.
