This delicious jam is a crowd pleaser, known to sell out often thanks to the bright, juicy strawberry flavor with hints of rose. Like all Sqirl jams, this delight is best enjoyed on toast, muffins, cheese plates, deserts- basically all the things that make us happy.
About the Fruit
Seascape strawberries are big and juicy and their plants bear fruit over a long season, which makes them perfect for Sqirl's most popular jam!
Rose Geranium, which finds itself most often distilled for use in the perfume industry, is instead steeped in the seascape strawberries for a day, pulling beautiful rose scents and notes into the preserve.
Since we order so much, the lovely ladies at Guitierrez Farms hand deliver our strawberries weekly (during the season), while the rose geranium comes from Windrose Farms or Jessica’s backyard.
