Please note, orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will not qualify for free shipping on orders over $50. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, standard shipping rates apply, shipping from California.
When will my order ship?
Our goal is to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We’re still a tiny team, but we're pumped to have you as a customer and we know you're excited to get our goods! You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as we send the package, but as always, if you have any questions give us a shout.
Where does Confidants ship?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe.
Tracking shows the package was delivered—but I don’t have it. What should I do?
We're here to help! Please check tracking one more time to see if it was held at a local location.
If you live in a multi-resident building, please check with your building, doorman, or neighbors in case there was an accidental mix-up. As longtime apartment renters, we know the feeling.
If you're living in a house, condo, or airstream by the river and are the only one receiving mail at that location, please check the doorstep to make sure the new mailman didn't deliver it somewhere unusual.
If the package is still missing, give us a shout and we'll work it out!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns that are in good condition and have not been damaged or used. Please return within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping. At this point, we do not offer free returns but are working hard to make that happen.
How do I submit a return?
Click this link to submit a return. All you need is the order number and ship to zip code.
Can I exchange an item in my order?
Our goal is to help you discover awesome new styles + brands. We do our best to help you find the right size, but if you need to exchange an item for another size or cut, we can help!
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
- Order #
- Item you'd like to exchange
- New size or style you'd like instead
From there we can confirm if your desired item is in stock, and if yes, we will put it on hold. We'll also include instructions for returning the original item.
