When will my order ship?

Our goal is to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We’re still a tiny team, but we're pumped to have you as a customer and we know you're excited to get our goods! You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as we send the package, but as always, if you have any questions give us a shout. 

Where does Confidants ship?

Right now, we’re just shipping to the U.S. only. BUT we’re working to bring Confidants to more women worldwide. Stay tuned and drop us a line at XXXX to let us know where you live!

Tracking shows the package was delivered—but I don’t have it. What should I do?

We're here to help! Please check tracking one more time to see if it was held at a local location. 

If you live in a multi-resident building, please check with your building, door man, or neighbors in case there was an accidental mixup. As long time apartment renters, we know the feeling.

If you're living in a house, condo, or airstream by the river and are the only one receiving mail at that location, please check the doorstep to make sure the new mailman didn't deliver it somewhere unusual. 

If the package is still missing, give us a shout and we'll work it out!

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns that are in good condition, and have not been damaged or used. Please return within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping. At this point we do not offer free returns but are working hard to make that happen. 

How do I submit a return?
