Shipping + Returns
Fast shipping
Our goal is to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We’re still a tiny team, but we're pumped to have you as a customer and we know you're excited to get our goods!
Order tracking
You will receive a shipment notification via email or sms with your tracking number as soon as we send the package, but as always, if you have any questions give us a shout.
Returns
We accept returns that are in good condition and have not been damaged or used. Please return within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping.

Who's behind the screen at Confidants?
Hi, hey, hello - Fenny here, I'm one of two people building this dream! I launched Confidants back in 2018, read more about the journey. In late 2020, I asked my very talented friend to join me. She currently has a full time job, so we're keeping it on the DL, but we hope to go full-time & hire a team soon! Know any angel investors? Drop us a line ;)
