We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after your purchase. See below for more details.

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after your purchase. Returned items must be in good condition and unused.

Easy returns + refunds

Use our simple returns portal to print your own shipping label. After the package is scanned, your card will be refunded within 7-10 days.

Free exchanges

Need a different size? No sweat, send a note to lauren@weareconfidants.com with your request and we'll coordinate your free exchange.

* What is your return policy?

Return your item within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, less shipping. We accept returns that are in good condition and have not been damaged or used.

To initiate a return, use this simple returns portal to print your own shipping label. All you need is the order number and zip code used for delivery.

At this point, we do not offer free returns but are working hard to make that happen!

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. Those items are: skincare, underwear, food or consumables (vitamins, supplements, etc), and clearance items.

* HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Need a different size? No sweat, send a note to lauren@weareconfidants.com with your request and we'll coordinate your free exchange. Customers qualify for 1 free exchange per order.

* When will i be refunded?

Use our simple returns portal to print your own shipping label.

After the package is scanned, your card will be refunded within 7-10 days or when the package hits our warehouse, whichever happens first. We do not refund orders until the returned package is received.

If there are shipping exceptions due to extreme weather or carrier issues, which is rare, your refund may be slightly delayed.

* where can i submit product feedback?

We'd love to hear from you! We use product feedback to fuel our discovery process, as well as to work directly with brands to innovate or improve styles, fits, and colors.

* can i return something for store credit?

If you'd prefer to return an item for store credit, we're happy to make that happen! Drop us a line at lauren@weareconfidants.com.

* Are there any items not eligible for return or exchange?

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Those items are: skincare, underwear, food or consumables (vitamins, supplements, etc), and clearance/ final sale items.

Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

Items in our clearance shop are final sale.

We rarely put things on sale, so when we do they're typically one-of-a-kind or final sizes. Given we're offering these gems at a smokin' deal, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
